ERIC'S YUMMY CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 eggs
Cinnamon
1 can crescent rolls (8)

Line bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 pan with crescent rolls. Whip cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until mixture is smooth. Pour over crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (do not let edges get brown or cake will be dry.)
