ELEPHANT STEW | |
1 lg. elephant Brown gravy Salt and pepper to taste 2 rabbits, if desired Cut the elephant into bite-size pieces. (This should take about 2 months.) Add brown gravy, to cover, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over a kerosene fire about 4 weeks at 465 degrees. Makes 3, 800 servings. If more guests are expected, 2 rabbits may be added. Do so only if necessary, however, as most people do not like to find a hare in their stew. This has got to be a lowfat dish. Patient Accounting |
