HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 stick butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Thaw potatoes and add all other ingredients. Bake in 3 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. (2 cups ham can be added to make a main dish casserole). |
