SAUSAGE RIGATONI BAKE 
3 1/2 c. rigatoni
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 minced garlic clove
16 oz. can tomatoes
60 oz. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. (6 oz) mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, oregano and pepper. Add cooked pasta. In a 3 qt. casserole dish put 1/2 noodle mixture, top with 1/2 cheese and rest of noodles.

Bake 350 for 35 minutes, top with rest of cheese bake 5 minutes longer.
