CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, softened
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
