FRUIT CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. raisins and chocolate chips

Bake in 9 1/2 x 14 inch pan, 350 degree oven, 30 to 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can Carnation milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Cook over heat until smooth. When cake comes out of oven, make holes all over the cake. Pour frosting all over cake. Cool before serving.
