SICILIAN MEATLOAF ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. tomato juice or spicy tomato sauce
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 thin slices boiled ham
8 Kraft cheese slices or other shredded cheese variations

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all above except cheese and ham. Mix well. On waxed paper pat meat to a 12x10 inch rectangular. Arrange ham atop meat. Layer with cheese slices or sprinkle shredded cheese over ham.

Starting with shorter end, carefully roll up meat, using paper to lift; seal edges and ends. Place roll, seam side down, in 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake until done at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. (Center of roll will be pink due to ham.) You may top with cheese wedges over top of roll for the last few minutes. Makes 8 servings.
