INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Mix dry ingredients. Add water and stir together to make a stiff dough. Turn into a floured board. Pinch off chunk of dough about the size of a goose egg. (The recipe should make 4 chunks.) Pat out flat to about 1/2-inch thick. Make small slit in the middle. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.

Spread chili and beans on bread. Cover with chopped lettuce, tomato, onions and grated cheese.
