A REALLY GOOD CRUST 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. lard
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. ice water
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix first 3 ingredients. Beat egg, water and vinegar together. Add flour mixture. Knead 20 times and chill. Roll for 2 crusts. This can also be frozen before rolling.
