SCOTCH-A-ROOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Combine sugar and syrup in 3 quart saucepan. Cook over moderate heat. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and Rice Krispies. Mix well. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chips and pour over bars.
