POTATO AND HAM SOUP 
2 c. water
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
2 c. milk
1 lb. tender boiled ham, diced
3 tbsp. butter

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add milk, butter and diced ham. Heat just to boiling. Serve at once.

Makes about 6 cups.
