1 box yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. club soda
4 eggs

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer and blend ingredients together to mix for 1 minute. After mixed together, then mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.

Put mixture in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch or two 8-inch pans and bake in a preheated 350°F for 40 minutes for 13 x 9, or 25 to 30 minutes for 8-inch pans or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:

1 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 box pistachio instant pudding

In mixer bowl, put milk, heavy cream and pudding. Beat on high until it is the consistency of frosting.
