PEACH CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. biscuit mix
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can drained, sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Add egg and milk. Pour into buttered 8 inch baking dish. Put peaches over batter. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice. Spread over peaches. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until middle is set.
