PEACH CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding (dry), not instant
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches or pineapple chunks

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, except peaches or pineapple and beat 2 minutes. Pour into 10" pie pan. Drain well peaches or pineapple. Reserve juice. Place peaches over batter.

Combine 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved juice. Beat 2 minutes in mixer bowl. Spoon within 1/4" of edge of pie pan. Mix together 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
