BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, softened

Mix these 2 ingredients and press down into baking dish.

LAYER 2:
3 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Combine ingredients, beat with mixer on high for approximately 20 minutes. When thickened pour onto graham cracker layer.

LAYER 3:

Slice bananas and place on top of Layer 2.

LAYER 4:
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly

Be sure to drain thoroughly or the liquid seeps through to graham cracker layer. Place on Layer 3.

LAYER 5:
1 container Cool Whip, softened

Use as much as you like. Spread on Layer 4.

LAYER 6:
1 sm. jar red maraschino cherries, drained thoroughly

Place on Layer 6.

LAYER 7:
Crushed nuts, just enough to cover lightly

Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
