PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 pt. (2 c.) ice cream (vanilla)
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust

Soften ice cream slightly, fold in peanut butter and 2 cups Cool Whip. Pour into ready-made graham cracker crust. Freeze for several hours, then serve.
