PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. jar chunky peanut butter
2 chocolate cookie crusts
Chocolate sauce

Mix all ingredients and pour into crust. Freeze 8 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. Makes 2 pies.
