EASY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
Shell:

2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter

Melt in sauce pan stirring frequently until smooth & creamy, add a pinch of salt.

Filling:

2 c peanut butter
pinch of salt

Melt in sauce pan stirring frequently.

To Make Cups:

Make a batch or the shell. When smooth pour 1/2 minture into miniature baking cups. (**TIP** easier to pre-line them all up on a cookie sheet). Let these set & make the filling. Pour over the base. Put cookie sheet in fridge & let set while rewarming remaining shell mixture. Pour remaining shell mixture on top. Store in fridge or freezer.
