TRIPLE LAYER CHOCOLATE BARS 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. In mixer bowl, beat remaining ingredients except nuts and chips. Stir in nuts. Spread over prepared crust. Top with chips. Bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool. Store tightly covered. Makes 24 to 36 bars.
