SQUASH A'LA ITALIAN 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
4 c. squash, cooked
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Dash sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Cook sausage, garlic and onion until meat is brown; drain fat. Add to cooked, drained squash, along with next ingredients. Fold in eggs. Pour into 10"x16" baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
