CITRUS SALAD 
1 grapefruit
2 oranges
1-2 c. chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Pinch of nutmeg

Peel grapefruit and oranges with a knife cutting through all of the membranes. Separate membrane from between sections so that all you have is the tender juicy parts in the bowl. Add pineapple and toss to distribute fruit evenly. Combine sour cream, brown sugar and nutmeg, pour over fruit. Stir to combine. Refrigerate before serving. Serves 6.
