SWEET & SOUR SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. chicken broth
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp. cold water
Pinch of salt

Place all ingredients in pan and cook slowly until clear (no longer cloudy from cornstarch). Can refrigerate for 1 month.
