1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Dredge meat in 1/2 cup cornstarch and 1 teaspoon Accent and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Brown in oil. Place in casserole and pour sauce over it. Bake in 375 degree oven, approximately 1 hour.
