LEFTOVER MEAT WITH SWEET AND
SOUR SAUCE
 
SAUCE:

1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Slice cold meat and put in fry pan with a little butter. Brown very little, then pour sauce over it and simmer slowly for a few minutes. Put in a moderate oven for 1/2 hour. Serve with baked potato and lettuce salad.
