CHICKEN IN SWEET-SOUR SAUCE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. liquid from pineapple
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. thin sliced onion
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
3 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. thin sliced celery
1/2 c. thin sliced green pepper

Add first 3 ingredients to liquid. Add vinegar and soy sauce; bring to boil; reduce heat and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Cook 15 minutes more. Serve over rice and chow mein noodles.
