CHICKEN ROLLS WITH SWEET SOUR
SAUCE
 
3/4 lb. chicken breast, sliced to 1 1/2 x 3 inch slices
2 slices ham, 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
1 Chinese sausage, thin sliced
3 stalks green onion, sliced, 1 1/2 inch long
1 zucchini, sliced 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
3 to 4 c. oil

MARINADE:

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Sweet & Sour (same as for drumsticks)

Thinly slice chicken into rectangle slices. Marinate for 30 minutes. Wrap ham, Chinese sausage, green onion inside chicken slices. Use toothpicks to hold together. Heat oil in wok. Deep fry chicken rolls until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes. To serve, arrange on plate and pour over sauce.
