GIANT RAISIN BRAN COOKIES 
2 c. Raisin Bran cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 cups.
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. softened butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs

Stir together cereal, flours and soda, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Stir in cereal mixture thoroughly combining. Drop by scant 1/4 cup. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 14 minutes. Yields: 18 cookies.
