QUICK EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. frozen roll dough
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease baking pan (9 x 13 inch or Bundt). Put frozen rolls in pan. Sprinkle pudding mix over rolls. Melt sugar and butter. Stir well to mix. Pour mixture over rolls. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover with a towel and place in a cold oven overnight to allow to rise. In the morning, bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
