TUNA MELT 
1 can tuna, drained
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. parsley

Spread on buns; bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
