3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage (1/2 hot 1/2 regular)
10 oz. grated sharp cheese

Mix together to form balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 75 balls. Keep ingredients on hand for surprise visitors!
