1 box Crispix cereal
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave, stirring until smooth. Put cereal in brown paper bag. Pour mixture over cereal. Shake bag to coat cereal. Pour powdered sugar into bag and shake again. Pour onto waxed paper to cool.
