5 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 sq. bitter chocolate
1 tall can evaporated milk

Boil the above 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over 1 jar marshmallow whip, 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits. Beat with electric beater until it has a satiny look. Add 2 cups chopped black walnuts and pour into well buttered pans. When cool, cut into squares.
