FRUIT TART (GREAT AND EASY) 
1 (20 oz.) Pillsbury Best sugar cookie mix
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange, peach, or apricot marmalade
2 tbsp. water

ASSORTED FRUIT:

Kiwi
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and line a round pizza pan with foil spray foil with pam then arrange slices on pan almost touching in circle.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown (will all bake together) once cooked you can transfer to other plate if you choose. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth. Spread on cookie crust. Arrange fruit next. Combine glaze ingredients and pour over fruit. Fruit Fresh - sprinkle on fruit before putting on cookie to keep fruit looking fresh.
