FRESH FRUIT TART 
2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. soft butter
1 egg

Mix Bisquick and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Mix in egg until forms soft dough. Put dough into pizza pan or cookie sheet, greased and floured. Bake until brown 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool crust completely.

FILLING;
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Add whipping cream, beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust.

TOPPING:

Assorted fresh fruits (row of strawberries, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, bananas (opt.)
1/2 c. jelly

Melt jelly and drizzle over fruit after fruit has been arranged on crust.
