CHEESE FRUIT TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put aluminum cups in muffin pan, then place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full with the cheese mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cover the top with fresh fruit or canned pie filling, fruit cocktail or strawberries.

Makes about 18 tarts.
