Peanut butter
1 plain rice cake
1/2 of a 1 to 1 1/2 oz. milk chocolate bar
12 tiny marshmallows

Spread peanut butter on rice cake. On a microwave safe plate, top rice cake with chocolate, then marshmallows. Do not cover. Micro-cook on 100% power for 18-20 seconds. Let stand for 30-60 seconds. Makes 1 serving.
