Peanut butter 1 plain rice cake 12 tiny marshmallows 1/2 to 1 oz. bar of milk chocolate Spread peanut butter on the rice cake. On a microwave safe plate, top the rice cake with chocolate, then the marshmallows. Do not cover. Microwave it on High for 18 to 20 seconds. Let stand 30 to 60 seconds before eating. Enjoy! Total time: 5 minutes. |
