COLLEEN'S BEER BREAD 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter three 6 x 3 inch loaf pans or one 4 1/2 x 9 inch loaf pan.

3 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/4-1/2 c. melted butter

Mix flour and sugar with wooden spoon. Add beer, 1/3 at a time. Turn batter into prepared loaf pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
