JIFFY BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can or bottle of beer

Mix self-rising flour and sugar; make a well in the center. Add beer and stir until just blended. Turn into a greased 9"x9"x3" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until done. Turn out immediately and cool on a rack.
