HERBED RICE 
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 c. chopped onion
2 1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. fresh marjoram
1 tbsp. fresh basil
2 c. chicken stock

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add butter, and place over medium-high heat until butter is melted. Add rice and onion; saute until rice is lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
