HERB BAKED RICE 
1 1/2 c. rice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, mashed in 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. dry white wine
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute rice and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes. Put all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Place rice mixture in baking dish, pour sauce over it. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir with fork. Recover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
