TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
4 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (6 or 8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. pasta (spaghetti, egg noodles, macaroni)
1 can French fried onions
1 tsp. sugar
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 to 1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. turkey or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook onion and pepper in broth. Add pasta and cook slowly until almost done (8 to 10 minutes). Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Put in casserole and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake 5 minutes longer.

Chicken broth can be made by dissolving 1 chicken bouillon cube per cup of boiling water.
