VEGETABLE MARINADE 
1 garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Zucchini
Ca rrots

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well; set aside. Cut vegetables into chunks (about 8 cups). Put vegetables into bowl with tight lid. Pour dressing over. Shake to coat. Marinate 4-6 hours being sure to toss vegetables every hour.
