RIPE OLIVE CHEESE PUFF 
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
6 slices bread
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Ripe olives for garnish

Mix cheese with mayonnaise and parsley. Stir in chopped ripe olives - spread mixture thickly on 3 slices of bread - cover slices with remaining 3 slices of bread - cut each sandwich into 4 triangles - and arrange points up around an 8 inch round baking dish.

Beat eggs with salt, mustard, dill weed and pepper - stir in milk - pour over bread triangles so that all of cheese spread triangles are thoroughly moistened.

Arrange whole ripe olives as garnish between the triangles - bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes until set. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
