SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 pkg. soda crackers
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Onion salt & garlic salt to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix by hand in bowl the hamburger, chopped onion, package of crushed soda crackers, eggs and seasonings. Roll into balls and place 1 layer in baking dish or pan. Spread layer of mushroom soup on first layer, place another layer of meatballs then layer of mushroom soup. Top layer will be mushroom soup. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake in covered dish.
