SWEET AND SOUR ROAST PORK 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. green peppers, cut in strips
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 (1/2 inch thick) slices cooked roast pork

Preheat broiler 10 minutes. In hot butter, in skillet, saute peppers and onions about 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch, then pineapple. Heat, stirring until thickened. Add vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over pork in shallow open pan. Broil about 4 1/2 inches below heat for about 5 minutes.
