SWEET AND SOUR ROAST PORK 
3 tsp. butter
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 pork cutlets, 1/2 inch thick

Bake pork cut into strips. Saute peppers and onions in butter about 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and then pineapple, stirring until thick. Add vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over pork in shallow pan. Broil about 5 minutes, 4 1/2 inches from heat. Serve with rice.
