ANN'S GAZPACHO 
1 c. consomme
1 c. tomato juice (I use V-8 juice)
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. cucumber, chopped
2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. vegetable oil (I use Puritan oil)
8 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt (optional)
Few drops Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Chill overnight. Keeps well in the refrigerator for a week.

Serve cold. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
