CHILLED GAZPACHO | |
1 c. tomato juice 1/4 c. olive oil 1 clove garlic 2 med. tomatoes, peeled and quartered 1 green pepper, in chunks 1 med. onion, in chunks Blend tomato juice, olive oil, and garlic until fine. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until chopped coarsely; add 1 can condensed consomme, 3 tablespoons wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. |
