SCALLOPED POTATOES 
15 lb. bag potatoes
2 sticks butter
Flour
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Milk

Slice potatoes and put one layer in baking dish, then slice one stick of butter and slice cheese. Sprinkle flour and salt and pepper. Continue to layer. Add milk until bottom is covered. Put foil on until potatoes are soft, then take it off to brown the top.
